Adaptability and Collaboration
Skills for Success: Adaptability and Collaboration were designed during the Women First: Building Skills for Success project. The curriculum is intended to bring a more explicit focus on the specific skills, of adaptability and collaboration. Each 15-hour skill curriculum is designed to be modular and adaptable and contains three units centred around employment themes:
- Getting ready for employment
- Onboarding and probationary period
- Thriving in the job
